Program name: Trust Pavers & Outdoors customer text messages.

Program description: When you text our business number, ask us for a text confirmation during a call, or provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Trust Pavers & Outdoors will send you SMS messages about your project and appointments: replies to your questions, consultation confirmations and reminders, and notices when your estimate or invoice is ready. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your project. You will typically receive a few messages per week while we are scheduling or working on your project.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges may apply for the text messages we send you and the ones you send us.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts from us. To start again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How you opt in

We only text customers who have agreed to it, in one of two ways:

1. By texting us first. When you send a text message to our business number (904) 595-9914, you are agreeing to receive text replies from Trust Pavers & Outdoors about your request. You will receive this confirmation: "Trust Pavers & Outdoors: You are now opted in to receive texts about your project and appointments. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

2. By agreeing on a phone call. When you call (904) 846-0162 to schedule a consultation, our receptionist asks: "Would you like to receive text messages from Trust Pavers & Outdoors about your appointment and project? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help." Only if you say yes do we record your consent (date, time and phone number in our call log) and send the confirmation text above.

We do not add anyone to text messaging from a purchased list, from our website contact form, or without their agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
